Coaches Requirements
All coaches for Athletic Teams must meet the requirements below. It is the responsibility of the HEAD COACH to make sure that all of their staff (paid and volunteer) are cleared of ALL requirements before they make contact with the athletes, are at the practices or the competitions. No exceptions are allowed. See Mr. Lazo, AP over Athletics for more informations. Requirements for Paid Coaches--Contact Mary Rose Ganacias at (213) 241-6363. All Paperwork must be current and on file with Mr. Lazo prior to participation in any practice or game. 1. Current Coach's Application 2. Current First Aid/CPR Certification 3. Coaches Education Certification 4. Signed Code of Conduct 5. Verification of Processing through Classified (non-certificated coaches only) 6. Current TB Exam 7. Valid Photo ID 8. Social Security Card 9. Approval by AP over Athletics 10. Clearance of all processing by Mrs. Perez in the Main Office BEFORE you start working 11. Sign-In on Time Sheets (after you get an employee number) at Main Office each day that you are working. Requirements for Volunteer Coaches--Contact Kim Niblett at (213) 241-6591: 1. Current Volunteer Assistant Application on File 2. Current First Aid/CPR Certification 3. Coaches Education Certification 4. Signed Code of Conduct 5.
